What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a tuxedo or a suite & tie. To be respectful of the bride and groom, absolutely no jeans for men, and no white/ivory/cream for the ladies.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed to come?

To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, this is an adults only event. If you expect to have your children in Tampa with you for this weekend, please reference the list below for trusted Tampa sitters.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm and the venue doors will open at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on your RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held on a covered veranda. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Will there be a bar?

Yes, we are providing a full open bar including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages!

Can I take pictures?

We are having an ’unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”! We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Will there be transportation?

We kindly ask all guests to coordinate their own transportation. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. For those driving, there is free garage parking available in Hyde Park Village.
